  • Excellent, authentic food. I had curry chicken, steamed cabbage, and plantains. Really tasty, friendly service, fair prices; basic no frills decor and seating led to 4 instead of 5 stars. I will be back!

  • Been here a couple times now. Ms. Martha herself has a warm and welcoming style of customer service. The place is clean and the flavors have been nothing short of spectacular. I had the curry goat, which is expertly spiced and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The oxtail was standout…Rich and succulent. Although I ordered online, she dropped the chicken fresh so there was a little wait BUT worth it. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned to the bone. Taste like my Moms chicken. The festivals were crisp on the outside and delightfully soft inside. I added a little honey and cinnamon. Yum! The beef pies were flaky and savory. Seriously, everything was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

  • I had the coco bread w/ beef patties, yellow rice, oxtails, curry goat & plantains. The food was excellent!!!!!!! The service was excellent!!!! My cousins who were visiting from Chicago & my daughter all enjoyed their food. We couldn't wait to eat our leftovers. My daughter & I will definitely be visiting very soon.

  • Saturday night visit. My party had the jerk chicken bowl as well as the oxtail bowl with rice and peas. The rice and peas are kidney beans and rice. Everything tasted well. The jerk sauce does not have a kick at all. It was quite bland as far as jerk sauce goes. The oxtails were very small but tasted great. I also tried one of their housemade juices that was very good. The order taker was not hospitable but was much nicer when giving the food items. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

  • I had the pleasure of dining here after checking recommendations from Instagram. Let me tell you, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! From the start, walked in the smell was amazing, the music inside, a mix of Trinidadian Soca, Reggae, and dancehall, made me feel like I was back in the West Indies visiting extended family. Mom n Daughter ran the show flawlessly. What I thought would be a quick birthday lunch (Sept 13th) turned into a few hours of family and food! The curry goat was amazing. The spices, the seasoning, everything was on point. I got to try the oxtail eggs rolls, and they were absolutely amazing. Even the simple things like a beef patty and cocoa bread, hiit the spot like I couldn't imagine here in arizona. If you are looking for a true caribbean cuisine experience that will have you wanting more and keep coming back. This is the place! I cannot wait to get back here again! Turn up the soca!!!

  • I am strictly going to judge it for the food for this visit. We had ordered Beef Caribbean Pate, Curry Chicken and Brown Stew Chicken. Unfortunately we did not get to try the curry chicken and both had the Brown Stew. As I said I am going to judge it by the meal we had. While we were hoping to try the curry chicken there was an issue with the batch they made and we ended up with the same meal for the two of us. The brown stew chicken was very tasty, I had it with rice and peas and my hubby had it with yellow rice, we both had plantains. No complaints about the meal it was very tasty, now wish we had been able to try the curry as well. But for that we will be back at a later time than close to opening as it is just a mother daughter team.
